Dr. Mordechai Kedar is an Israeli scholar of Arab culture, a lecturer at Bar-Ilan University, and a research fellow at the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies. He is vice president of NEWSRAEL. Author of the Palestinian-Israeli peace plan referred to as the “Palestinian Emirates” or “Eight-State Solution”.
