Aylana is Deputy Director of Tikvah Fund Israel and Chairwoman of the Israel Forum for Law and Liberty. She worked for the Tikvah Fund in the US and Israel for the past nine years in strategy and development of educational programs for the Fund’s various academic activities. She also managed the recruitment of thousands of talented students and experienced scholars for the Tikvah Fund’s educational activities and manages contact with alumni in Israel and abroad.
Her articles have been published in the US and Israel in in places like Mosaic, Commentary, Jerusalem Post, the Washington Free Beacon, and the Israeli journal Hashiloach. Lives in Jerusalem.
